PURPOSE OF ROLE

Develop and manage the Xerox business relationships with key Channel Partners to meet or exceed performance objectives

SCOPE OF ROLE

Responsible for achieving sales results and year over year growth through the assigned and partners.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Managing and developing Xerox Top Resellers network in Romania in line with Xerox channel strategy.

  • Profiling partners and developing overall channel coverage map of Romania for the Xerox SMB and SOHO equipment market segment.

  • Managing the relation between 1st tier partners (distributors) and resellers.

  • Forecasting and delivering the targets every year through the indirect team granulated at monthly pace.

  • Offering product support for SOHO equipment and supplies and providing support in case of special bids &tenders activities.

  • Resellers conflict management

  • Defining and managing the yearly marketing plan for the managed partners, including benefits calculation for partners.

  • Planning, negotiating and implementing the yearly plans for the resellers.

  • Promoting, scheduling and running trainings for partners to stay current with Xerox direction on equipment, software, services and post sales.

BACKGROUND, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree, Business Administration. Master's degree is a plus.

  • Experience working for or with a Channel Partner provider: 3-5 year min.

  • Significant demonstrable track record and results in channel / partnership management.

  • Experience of operating in an indirect working environment, substantial sales and marketing experience in a channel sales environment, including competitor information
