Sales Operations / Management
PURPOSE OF ROLE
To develop, manage and achieve the Sales Business Plan for equipment and global Service contracts
Enforce and implement appropriate policies to ensure that the range of targeted results and goals are achieved whilst meting the corporate performance priorities and ethical standards.
SCOPE OF ROLE
- Revenue & Gross profit per plan
Responsible for the Strategic Accounts Ops. Plan; this will include: ESR , PBT, Coverage / Headcount , Annuity Revenue, MIF growth , Profitable Revenue Growth, Gross Margin, Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty, Market Share and Employees Satisfaction.
To implement an effective management process that establishes activity standards and enables sales activity, productivity and performance to be monitored, analyzed, reviewed and achieved across all aspects of the business by individual / team using the data generated to implement actions to drive continuous improvement and rectify shortfall gaps.
To provide role model leadership and effective management of all Human Resources Management Processes i.e. coaching. Management Development, Sales Skills, Recruitment, Succession Planning, Learning Continuum, Reward and Recognition, to ensure employees can fulfil their potential, maximize their contribution and ensure high levels of Employee Motivation and Satisfaction.
To effectively mange and implement all Sales Operations related and programs, Coverage Contracts, accurate out-looking, partner engagement and development programs , Bids and Tenders , to maximize operations’ performance.
Own and hit/exceed annual sales target within Strategic Accounts Operation, as defined by the company (revenue, profit, annuity revenue, etc)
Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Implement an effective management process that establishes activity standards and enables sales activity, productivity and performance to be monitored, analyzed, reviewed and achieved across all aspects of the business by individual / team

Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports and forecasts
Effectively communicate company value proposition through proposals and presentations

BACKGROUND, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
Degree level calibre with both previous Selling, and Successful Sales Management experience ( 5 years min ) recognized as a good leader and coach with excellent level of interpersonal skills
Ability to balance both short and long term strategic direction.
Analytical and financial management skills
