Purpose:

Business Analyst to join the Xerox Global HCM Team. This position will provide quality HR system solutions for all Human Resource technologies. You will work closely with the team to identify, implement and document business processes for the HR business community. You will participate in the methodical investigation, analysis, review and documentation of all or part of a business in terms of the HR business functions and processes, the information used and the data on which the information is based.

Builds knowledge of the organization, processes and customers

Works under general direction within a clear framework of accountability

Required Experience:

•Strong problem-solving skills

•Strong oral and written communication skills

•HCM Cloud experience – HR, Comp, Absences, Time, Benefits

•Payroll experience preferred

•BA / BS degree from accredited college or university in computer science, engineering, or a directly related field.

•2+ years of related technical, business or project experience

Candidate Education:

Bachelor’s Degree
