Sr. Business Analyst to join the Xerox Global HCM Team. This position will provide quality HR system solutions for all Human Resource technologies. You will work closely with the team to identify, implement and document business processes for the HR business community. You will participate in the methodical investigation, analysis, review and documentation of all or part of a business in terms of the HR business functions and processes, the information used and the data on which the information is based.


  • Collects and researches specific client requirements for projects, identifies requirements, gathers workflow data and basic system and reporting specifications

  • Ability to set up and configure HCM Cloud system to support solutions design

  • Evaluates, Recommends and Drives opportunities for system enhancements and/or efficiencies

  • Recommends basic alternatives to address problems

  • Assesses and manages risks to minimize impact to the overall operations and/or project.

  • Provides functional direction in on projects

  • Ability to communicate technical concepts in a concise manner

  • Ability to identify, assess and mitigate relevant risks to developed solutions

Required Experience:

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • Global experience; direct involvement with supported COE and technical professionals at different levels in the organization across geographies

  • HCM Cloud experience – HR, Comp, Absences, Time, Benefits

  • Payroll experience preferred

  • 5+ years of related technical, business or project experience

Candidate Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
