Purpose:

Solutions Architect to join the Xerox Global HCM Team. This position will provide quality HR system solutions for all Human Resource technologies. You will work closely with the team to solution, implement and optimize Xerox’s HCM systems through the alignment of technologies to ensure the most streamlined and efficient application architecture.

Scope:

  • Provide functional and technical design solutions for HCM systems

  • Work with business analysts to develop business solution designs that meet business requirements

  • Ability to set up and configure HCM Cloud system

  • Evaluates, Recommends and Drives opportunities for system enhancements and/or efficiencies

  • Experience with systems integration methods and technologies

  • Ability to communicate technical concepts in a concise mannerAbility to identify, assess and mitigate relevant risks to developed solutions Qualifications

Required Experience:

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • Strong leadership skills to coach junior team members

  • Global experience; direct involvement with supported COE and technical professionals at different levels in the organization across geographies

  • HCM Cloud experience – HR, Comp, Absences

  • Experienced with MFT and OIC

  • Experience developing IT and cloud infrastructure

  • BA / BS degree from accredited college or university in computer science, engineering, or a directly related field.

  • 5+ years of related technical, business or project experience.

  • Interprets internal or external business issues and recommends solutions/best practices

  • Recognized as an expert in own function

  • Bachelor’s Degree
