Purpose

  • Responsible for human resource program and project implementation for business to which role is aligned.

  • Partner with HR Business Partners, HR Operations and Centers of Excellence to facilitate delivery of programs.

  • Supports Talent COE and stakeholders within the assigned function, geography.

General:

  • Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services

  • Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience

  • Requires in-depth knowledge and experience

  • Decisions guided by policies, procedures and business plan

  • Generally domesticscope/accountability

Responsibilities

  • Use best practices and knowledge of internal and external business issues to deliver programs that facilitate the execution of business priorities

  • Act as a resource for colleagues and partners as SME for Talent programs.

  • Collaborate with colleagues and partners to execute on the business and talent strategy

  • Generate analysis and reporting, draw insights and translate to drive critical talent program outcomes.

  • Coordinate and assist with the planning and execution of HR and Talent Programs such as talent planning, workforce planning, performance management and employee engagement

  • Support in the execution of change activities

  • Coordinate between HRBPs, HRIT and HR Insights to assist with HR data analysis and dashboard needs

  • Support the annual strategic planning process for the organization

  • Provide project management for large,cross-functional HR projects

  • Plan and administer various talent programs

  • Oversee key operational activities such as managing agenda creation and follow-up actions for team supported

Candidate Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Skills

  • Excellent data analytics skills; proficient with Excel and MS Office Suite.

  • Demonstratedproject/program management skills.

  • Proven track record of completing projects to specifications while dealing with challenges such as changing schedules, transformation and evolving requirements.

  • Excellent professional development skills such as oral and written communications,teamwork andcollaboration,and forecasting.

  • Highly organized, self-motivated learner, customer oriented and able to work independently as well as within a team and with internal business partners.

  • Strategic thinker, planner and relationship builder.

  • Solid change management, negotiation, problem solving and facilitation skills

  • Possesses exceptional technical computer skills.

  • Ability to compose and present comprehensive reports.
