Responsible for supporting the Human Resources Business Partner in the organization you will be assigned.

Responsibilities

  • Learn and utilize our policies, procedures and business plan to support HRBP with decisions

  • Help deliver a workforce that can execute on the business strategy

  • Interpret, analyze and draw insights to provide recommendations based on Excel data to drive business decisions

  • Support and assist with the planning and execution of HR Programs such as succession planning, talent management, compensation, workforce planning and reward and recognition

  • Support in the execution of change measurement and management activities

  • Coordinate between HR Operations, HR Insights and COE’s to process promotions, organizational changes, transfers, relocations and assignments and HR data and dashboards

  • Interface as required to support HRBPs and HR Operations to roll-out HR programs and projects

  • Support the annual strategic planning process for the organization they support

  • Provide support for project management for large, cross-functional HR projects

  • Oversee key operational activities such as managing agenda creation and follow-up actions

Skills and Experience

  • Project management skills

  • Excellent data analytics skills; proficient with Excel

  • Completing assignments to specifications while dealing with challenges such as changing schedules and constantly evolving requirements

  • Excellent oral and written communications, teamwork and collaboration, work planning, and estimating

  • Highly organized, self-motivated, customer oriented and able to work independently as well as within a team and with internal business partners

  • Possesses exceptional strategic thinking, planning and relationship skills
