The Project Analyst is responsible for providing governance support to the EPMO team including: tracking and monitoring of project status, risks, issues, milestones, and due dates; supporting the adoption and monitoring of the project lifecycle and required deliverables; coordination, tracking and monitoring of the change management process and action item/decision log; conducting quality reviews and follow-ups of project health, accurate creation of project and financial metrics, reports and dashboards for senior management reporting; coordination of the regular project level reporting; supporting the coordination of project Governance and helping to streamline process; assisting with the rollout of PMO practices within the organization.

Primary responsibilities:

•Responsible supporting the successful tracking and monitoring of the project portfolio within scope of the EPMO.

•Accurate creation of project and financial metrics, reports and dashboards

•Supports the monitoring and tracking of project health program risk in conjunction with the Leadership Team and manages EPMO level and escalated project issues to resolution.

•Ensure all projects and programs under the EPMO governance, have been appropriately scoped, planned and resourced for their respective efforts. Ensure that all necessary project management deliverables are completed consistently and in sufficient detail to provide for adequate reporting and project health and tracking.

•Support the PMOs on significant IM program issues and risks that have been elevated to the EPMO.

•Inspects and assess regularly the mandated Quality Assurance reviews and project health; ensuring that follow-up items are completed.

•Create and prepare reports, decks and metrics used for regular project reporting.

•Participates in formal program and project reviews.

•Support the personnel on the PMO team including PMO training, coordinating, and reviewing as needed.

•Monitor and track for project/program adherence to the EPMO process and procedure requirements.

•Contributes to the development of new and improvement of existing EPMO/PMO processes and procedures.

•Maintain quality standards and templates

•Inspects regularly the PMO Portfolio and executive summary reports for accuracy.

•Perform other duties as assigned

Candidate Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems or other related field
