Supporting Manager, Global Compensation in all matters concerning the design, development, implementation, communication, and administration of global broad-based compensation programs (salary and non-sales short-term incentives).
Act as a trusted resource in broad-based and variable compensation topics for various business groups across a geographically dispersed workforce. Will support corporate programs as well as programs for divisions and business units
This role will support the year-end compensation processes, and incentive plan design development.
Data and analysis including compensation plan modeling and costing.
Projects as required.
A minimum of 4 years of diverse and global compensation experience in industry or consulting.
Strong ability to analyze data, form insights, and synthesize plain-English summaries.
Proficient in performing/interpreting job evaluations as well as job grading/leveling.
Experience with job matching and market survey participation.
Proficient in interpreting and advising HR business partners on market data.
Forming pay level recommendations and associated rationale (for new hires and internal pay adjustments).
Strong quantitative, statistics, financial, and business acumen.
Data analysis to detect pay anomalies and pay equity matters.
Attention to detail.
Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and modeling.
Drafting effective presentations in PowerPoint.
Regarded as a strong partner to Total Rewards Leadership and HR community, but can form and defend a point of view.
Demonstrated ability to be flexible and adaptable in changing environment.
Familiar with contemporary HR Information systems.
Basic knowledge of both U.S. and international regulatory environments regarding compensation.
Strong abilities in problem solving, needs assessment, and requirements gathering
A Bachelor’s Degree is required.
Qualifications regarded as a plus
CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) completed or in-progress.
Experience in finance planning & analysis.
Experience with tech companies.
International compensation is preferred.
