We are seeking an experienced Applications Software Delivery Manager to work with our internal software development teams and systems integrators to deliver solutions and capabilities required to achieve our transformation objectives. You will be responsible for working with Enterprise Architects, Solutions Architects, Business Systems Analysts, ServiceNow System Admins and Program Managers in both an Agile and Waterfall SDLC model to understand business requirements, confirm the solution approach, then drive the development, test and then release the solution to production, on time and on budget.

Application Delivery Managers facilitate good communications and provide both detailed and high-level status across a wide spectrum of key stakeholders across the business and IT. They interpret internal or external business issues and recommends solutions/best practices. They will drive day-to-day technical program activities including scheduling and development planning, vendor statement of work creation, design reviews, execution, and risk assessments to meet the overall project objectives.

You will work with a global team, in a very fast-paced dynamic environment leveraging industry state of the art technology.


  • Interface and collaborate with cross-functional development teams to drive technical alignment, schedule alignment and issue resolution.

  • Drive the completion of solution design and development in coherence with architectural direction.

  • Ensure solution quality by establishing and monitoring achievement of performance metrics

  • Communicate status and key updates to program management and executive leadership as required.

  • Drive the successful transition of the solution to Production Operations


  • Strong problem solving

  • Strong written and oral communications

  • Experience with Oracle and/or SAP systems;Twillo, Azure ,Cloud and Hybrid Cloud; ServiceNow CSM FSM ; SQL scripting; Mobile technologies; ITSM

  • Integration technologies such as MuleSoft

  • Project Planning and Management

  • ERP development and delivery experience preferred.

  • Experience with Systems Integrators and Offshore development

  • Tools knowledge: Jira, ALM,Google Maps , Loquate ,Maptitude, Coveo
