Reporting to US Recruiting Manager
Talent Acquisition at Xerox is undergoing a global transformation that will help us to engage, hire and retain exceptional people.Xerox is establishing our Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence (COE) in Cary, NC. We are hiring (3) Recruiting Talent Sourcers to join the global TA team and support organization throughtout Xerox. The Talent Sourcers will also support hiring globally, specifically hiring initiatives in the US. Areas of support include IT, Sales, and Technical Services.
Talent sourcers are responsible for identifying and recruiting candidates with technical and specialised skills to fill current or future vacancies. They primarily interact with potential candidates personally or online, and schedule interviews with Recruiters and Hiring Managers. They also maintain candidate databases and our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Avature.
Support the Senior Recruiters in the end to end Hiring process
Interacting with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (LinkedIn, Indeed and StepStone etc.)
Crafting and sending recruiting emails and building targeting lists through LinkedIn Recruiter
Coordinating with hiring managers to determine position requirements.
Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search)
Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs
Manage referrals from current employees and external networks
Promote our employer brand online and offline
Maintain candidate databases (e.g. via our Applicant Tracking System)
Communicate with past applicants regarding new job opportunities
Proven work experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role
Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and Candidate Management Systems (CMSs)
Solid verbal and written communication skills
Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates
Effective time-management abilities
