Designation: Lead Database Engineer (Analyst II, IM Service Delivery)
Location: Kochi
Experience: 9 to12 years
Qualification: B. Tech /MCA, One or more Industry-standard certifications (such as ITIL V3 etc.)
Timings: 3:30 AM to 11:30 AM (IST) and 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM (IST)
Role: Individual Contributor
Strong understanding of and prior experience in of the following:
Backup\Restore – Skill level – Expert
Installation & configuration of SQL server -- Skill level – Expert
DB Maintenance activities -- Skill Level – Expert
User security -- Skill Level – Expert
High availability and DR -- Skill Level – Advanced
Azure SQL -- Skill Level – Intermediate
Experiencing in handling the Production environment, adhere to the service level agreement and manage ticketing systems
IT Disaster Recovery/ Business Continuity
Ability to document, follow, execute and continually improve a detailed process
Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
Ability to work in shifts (including weekends)
Strong written and oral communication skills
Experience working across multiple teams on projects
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple open items of varying size concurrently
Ability to communicate with all levels of management
