Territory Location: Northeast / Central (Midwest) U.S. Marketplace

Production Solutions Specialists (PSS) are responsible for delivering the production portfolio sales plan inside their assigned sales region with Xerox mono branded resellers. Developing a program aligned to customer requirements is imperative. PSS are responsible for supporting key opportunities, prioritizing efforts on short-term and long-term opportunities and achieving results that meet predetermined targets. You will serve as the lead subject matter expert (SME) related to production solutions and will provide coaching and assistance to mono branded resellers with the focus on assessments and supported hardware, applicable services and software solutions.


  • Drive production product, applicable services and software solutions sales within your Xerox mono branded resellers

  • Provide program structure to support and develop assigned reseller's salesforce

  • Execute programs launched by marketing

  • Provide expertise on our Industry as well as Xerox; competitive and partner solution offerings

  • Offer knowledge and program guidance to sales representatives

  • Represent the sales function, ensuring company values, pricing and sales policies are adhered to and sales goals are achieved

  • Become Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the Production Value Proposition and the Customer Journey

  • Take ownership of assessments for key opportunities


  • University / College Bachelor's degree is highly preferred

  • Five (5) to six (6) years of successful sales results

  • Ability to manage and collaboratively strategize complex sales

  • Demonstrated subject matter expert (SME) of the Production Print product portfolio, as well as applicable services and software solutions

  • Knowledge of trends and industry direction

  • Can articulate a value proposition with credibility at senior management and operational levels

  • Negotiates at management levels within accounts

  • Proficient at building a compelling business results story

  • Possesses strong business acumen and financial skills

  • Knowledgeable in the entire range of professional services, graphics and technology solutions offerings; as well as competitive offerings

  • Uses knowledge, solution selling and business development skills to align the client business needs with solutions

  • Able to leverage Xerox’s portfolio of services and technology solutions to change the playing field against our competition

  • Understands and uses Profit Accelerator tools and resources

  • Utilizes Lean Six Sigma tools and techniques
