Xerox Professional Services Consultant in DENVER, Colorado
Here’s what we’re looking for :
Experiencedtechnical consultant for our Office and Production workflow software and printindustry solutions
Strongbackground in Pre-Sales, Implementation, and Post-sales support for both Officeand Productions solutions
Musthave knowledge of color imaging process, digital prepress, and color management
Well-developedunderstanding of networks and desktop publishing; traditional offset pressworkflows a plus
Strongsoftware background including Microsoft Office, Adobe suite, Digital Prepress
Knowledgeof Windows (Desktop and Server) and Mac OS; Unix a plus
Understandingof Xerox software solutions including Xerox Freeflow suite, variable datasolutions, IPDS and LCDS.
Projectmanager experience - heading up projects from concept to implementation
What to Expect:
Fastpaced environment where you provide technical support for current and newcustomers from presale design, implementation, and post-sale resolutions
Abilityto work with C-level customers in business operations and technical IT staffs
Self-drivenwith ability to work with Sales, Hotline staff, and Professional Servicesconsultants on the team
Utilizeyour analysis techniques to resolve network communications problems, filesubmission, image quality, and data stream programming issues that will affect print/imageoutput.
PreviousOffice and Production equipment sales and support are a highly desired.
Willingto travel around 50% of the time
What you Bring to the Table:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent industry experience/certifications
Comp TIA A , Network and other certifications are strongly desired
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to speak with sales teams, C-suite, and IT groups
High level of flexibility – the role can change daily or even from hour to hour. You will be switching gears from presales support to implementation to post-sales delivery escalations
