We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and driven professional who is fluent in English and Arabic to join our busy and friendly team in Dubai supporting the Middle East market specifically for Supplies for our Entry Products. The candidate should have a strong background in business development as well as good knowledge of the IT sector understanding the trends and technologies shaping business today.

The purpose of this position is to promote and grow the Xerox Open Market Supplies business for the A4 Printer & MFP Category for the Middle East through ownership and management performance and deployment of programs across the Middle East through the local Partners and Channels.
The scope of the A4 Printer & MFP Supplies Business Development Manager role includes responsibilities for Products Supplies revenue performance, management and improvement of Supplies attachment rate and execution, work closely with A4 Printer & MFP business manager to development of actions and programmes to support the growth of Equipment installations.
The individual’s responsibilities will be working closely with our local Master Distributor Manager and Partner Managers as well as the UK based Marketing team covering a number of Partners in our Middle East region
Deliver agreed A4 Printer & MFP Supplies Revenue Plan for theMiddle East
Ensure competitive Supplies positioningfor the Middle East market – standalone & in combination with Equipment toenable incremental equipment installs and consequent Supplies returns.
Manage competitive Supplies positioning inbids and tender to enable extension and new customer wins
Formulate and run marketing and promotion activitieswith the UK based Marketing team to increase sell-in and sell-out of Entry supplies
Identification of main local Aftermarketsources and management of local actions to reduce Aftermarket share
Identification of local grey marketsellers and management of targeted local actions to reduce the grey marketimpact on our local sales
Detailed monitoring of Supplies salesperformance &attachment rate
Execute targeted actions forattachmentrateImprovement•Work with Xerox Distributor & Partner Managers& our Channel Partners to engage targeted Open Market supplies resellers& to support Channel expansion•Develop key relationships within Distributorand Channel Partners ensuring Xerox Open Market Supplies strategy is understoodand deployed targets are achieved;•Support Master Distributor Manager /Partner Managers and our Channel Partners in engagement of new Supplies resellersand delivery of distributed targets;•Understand current Open Market supplies machinesin field (MIF) to ensure contracts (Bids) are in place for the supply ofconsumables and supplies attachment rate levels are in line with potential forthe MIF
Support and participate in implementation of marketing programsfor new product launches
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Relevant BS/BA Degree preferred
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED
Proven English communication skills & local Arabic language proficiency;
Previous experience of printer channel sales and business development essential;
Operational experience in distribution and channels business operations essential
Experience of negotiation at high levels;
Knowledge of operational processes and experience working within Xerox or a similar company within the industry
Organized, with ability to handle multiple deliverables, priorities and targets;
Strong communication skills, comfortable presenting to external customers with proven negotiating skills;
Very strong commercial and financial acumen;
Proficient in Microsoft suite of tools;
Strong self-initiative and results oriented Desire to learn and grow
Strong knowledge of Xerox products and services
Strong knowledge of Supplies business / annuity based business
