Talent Acquisition at Xerox is undergoing a global transformation that will help us to engage, hire and retain exceptional people. The Talent Acquisition EMEA Leader is a dynamic professional with energy, a creative mindset and strategic thinking abilities who will drive forward change and lead the day-to-day Talent Acquisition operations across Europe. The focus of the role will be to drive hiring excellence within the Talent Acquisition team, oversee day-to-day recruitment operations, and work directly with business leaders to plan for future hiring needs. He/She will foster best practices, drive recruitment excellence, and be accountable for meeting overall staffing targets. Talent Acquisition Lead – EMEA

Reporting to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition

Xerox is establishing our Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence (COE) in Bucharest, Romania. We are hiring for the leader to join the global TA team and support the Global Head of Talent Acquisition in creating a new EMEA recruitment function and delivering exceptional results.

The team will be responsible for delivering hires across the EMEA Region, circa 1000 in 2019.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Support the delivery of the global strategy for talent acquisition – to meet both current and future talent acquisition needs of the business across Europe.

  • Building a strong partnership with Senior Leaders, Hiring Managers and Country HR Business Partners to ensure that talent acquisition is providing the service and results needed.

  • Partnering with the Total Rewards CoE to prepare compelling packages for recruited talent.

  • Partnering with various internal and external functions to facilitate hiring, offering and on-boarding of exceptional talent.

  • Engage with and actively support the hiring of diverse candidates from a variety of backgrounds supporting a diverse and inclusive culture and workforce, developing and implementing diversity recruitment strategies at all level of the organisation while ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal rules, laws and regulations.

  • Strengthening the company’s employer value proposition and branding.

  • Integrating global diversity and inclusion principles throughout talent acquisition programs.

  • Maintaining a global Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and set of scorecards to track recruiting effectiveness and efficiency.

  • Define, track and analyse recruitment KPI’s and SLA’s, leveraging data to create actionable insights to drive successful business outcomes.

  • Hands on recruitment – providing 360 recruiting for roles across Europe

  • Establish and manage a team of recruiters and sourcers to deliver recruitment across Europe

Qualifications:

  • The ideal candidate is a respected and proven thought leader in talent acquisition with a quantifiable track record of success in delivering results within a fast-paced, complex, large global organisation at the enterprise level.

  • 10+ years’ experience as a talent acquisition leader in companies known for best-in-class strategic HR and talent acquisition programs and results. The ideal candidate will have previous experience building and implementing a talent acquisition strategy/function servicing Europe

  • Talent Acquisition experience/background from a global fortune 500 company.

  • Demonstrated skill in partnering with senior management, business leaders, and human resources colleagues through strong communication, collaboration, influencing skills, and business acumen.

  • A strong leader who can inspire a team, set a high bar, and get results. Not fearful of demanding the best while rewarding great achievements, encouraging risk-taking, and developing/building the team.

  • Demonstrates integrity and an impeccable value system daily. Can be counted on as a leader, a trusted advisor, a coach and role model. Demonstrates and establishes a high ethical standard across the business.

  • Energizes and inspires others. Brings a positive approach to every endeavour and motivates others to go above and beyond expectations.

  • Excellent judge of talent and ability to grow and develop individuals and teams. Can identify and attract talented individuals to the company.

Educational Credentials:

Fluent English

An undergraduate degree is required; an advanced degree in business, organisational psychology, or human resources administration is preferred.

Further European language, in addition to Romanian, is preferred
