Senior Recruiter - EMEA
Reporting to the Head of Recruitment - EMEA
Talent Acquisition at Xerox is undergoing a global transformation that will help us to engage, hire and retain exceptional people.
Xerox is establishing our Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence (COE) in Bucharest, Romania. We are hiring for Senior Recruiters to join the global TA team and support the EMEA Head of Talent Acquisition in creating a new EMEA recruitment function and delivering exceptional results.
The team will be responsible for delivering hires across the EMEA Region, circa 1000 in 2019.
Responsible for Hiring across Countries and Business Functions in Europe. Developing and implementing complex recruiting strategies for an assigned business segment or geography. May support multiple internal clients, technology recruiting and/or executive level recruiting.
Full 360 recruitment - from approval to offer
Support the delivery of the global strategy for talent acquisition – to meet both current and future talent acquisition needs of the business across Europe.
Building a strong partnership with Senior Leaders, Hiring Managers and Country HR Business Partners to ensure that talent acquisition is providing the service and results needed.
Partnering with the Total Rewards CoE to prepare compelling packages for recruited talent.
Partnering with various internal and external functions to facilitate hiring, offering and on boarding of exceptional talent.
Engage with and actively support the hiring of diverse candidates from a variety of backgrounds supporting a diverse and inclusive culture and workforce, developing and implementing diversity recruitment strategies at all level of the organisation while ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal rules, laws and regulations.
Strengthening the company’s employer value proposition and branding.
Maintaining a global Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Support the establishment of an EMEA Recruitment COE based in Romania
Support the hiring, mentoring and management junior members of staff as the function grows
Requires in-depth knowledge and experience
Decisions guided by policies, procedures and business plan
Working with Hiring Managers to build the hiring requirement and interview slate
Source candidates through appropriate tools and means
Assesses applicants’ credentials and determines if skills meet the needs of the hiring manager
Utilises job fairs, college contacts, temporary agencies, search firms and internet tool to meet recruiting needs
Use of social media and other tools to promote Xerox, network and source candidates
May function as technical or executive specialist sourcing, recruiting and identifying candidates for highly specialised and executive level positions

Fluent in English - required
Fluent in another European language, aside from Romanian, preferred
