Position can be based in multiple European locations, with travel

Main Responsibility

  • Global and regional program management, ensuring alignment of core processes, measurement and KPI’s globally.

  • Work with Global senior leadership team on the development design and deployment of the Supply Chain solutions.

  • Responsibility for achieving project milestones/timeline as well as for successful deployment, training, and change management in conjunction with Program management

  • Capability to create synergies and integration across Global Supply Chain

  • Clearly map the expected Business benefits and ensure that programs can realise these within the projected time-frame.

  • Ensure consistent alignment with Global Senior Stakeholders and Supply Chain Site P+L through excellent communication skills.

To enable this the jobholder:

  • Plans and directs schedules and may monitor budget/spending

  • Monitors the project from initiation through delivery & Control

  • Organises the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project on schedule and within budget constraints.

  • Responsibilities include the overall planning, organising, directing, controlling and delivery of all projects prioritised in alignment with expectations and business needs

  • Ensures the ongoing process/system capability associated with projects and manages any changes required to meet or exceed the expectations established in project designs

  • Performs all other duties as assigned

Education Level

Graduation in specialised field (Example: Bachelor of Engineering etc.)

Preferred -LSS Green Belt Certification

Preferred -Working towards or certified LSS Black Belt

Minimum -Supply Chain domain expertise

Minimum -Lean Six Sigma Green Belt

Minimum -Proven transformational change Management skills.

Minimum -Extensive experience in managing large, complex programs and projects

Minimum -Expertise in project management principles including expert use of relevant project management tools

Minimum -Is adept at analysing and resolving problems through above-average clarity of thought, attention to detail, observation and listening skills, and persistence.

Minimum -Demonstrated effective mentoring and coaching skills.

Minimum -Strong organisation, prioritisation and time management skills

Minimum -Results oriented with an excellent record of success

Minimum -Demonstrated ability to work strategically and collaboratively - and lead - in a matrix management environment
