Primary Objective / Scope:

The Software Pricing Coordinator is a full-time Administrative Professional responsible for providing a single point of contact for software related quote requests and inquiries as well a equipment implementations as needed.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Manage software quote requests, request pricing from vendors, and publish to our internal customers.

  • Manage entire software process: from creation of quote to follow up on obtaining software acknowledgement.

  • Collaborate with Professional Services team to ensure proposal accuracy. Assisting with requests/projects as needed.

  • Work with order processing and purchasing to follow up on progress of orders. Entering and updating sales orders as needed.

  • Advise contract billing team on solution renewal questions or concerns.

  • Encourage and build positive relationships; communicate effectively with all co-workers, outside customers, and vendors.

  • Work with new and current vendors to ensure best possible price and product availability.

  • Work collaboratively with all departments across the organization to enable high throughput and performance.

  • Creation & refinement of the MOS Confidential Price Books.

  • Conducts self always as the public image of the company in accordance with MOS’s Code of Conduct.

  • Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.

Education / Skills / Requirements:

  • 2+ years of pricing or order processing experience.

  • Strong knowledge of essential Microsoft Office programs; Word, Excel, Access, & Outlook.

  • Basic understanding of key software & hardware terminology for common solutions in the MOS Portfolio.

  • Strong attention to detail, excellent documentation and communication skills.

  • Strong skills in math and formula creation.

  • Ability to work under stress; prioritize and perform a variety of concurrent tasks with minimal direction.

  • Strong relationship management skills with external and internal customers.

  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

  • Physical demands: Minimal physical effort required. Work is mostly sedentary; requires sitting, hearing, speaking, finger dexterity, specific vision abilities required include close vision and ability to focus on detail and component quality; regular application of basic skills (keyboard, eye/hand coordination).

  • Mental demands: Problem-solving, teaching, written and verbal communication, information comprehension, and mental acuity.
