Position Summary

The Product Program Manager in the USCBO Strategic Offering and Business Systems Support team is responsible for proactive and authoritative engagement in the process for interpreting and translating new and revised product requirements to structured, defined, and coordinated entries that need to be processed by the Product Program Manager.

Essential Functions

  • Determining required system specifications for productlife cycle management. Specifically, translating businessrequirements tolegacy systemrequirements (APEX, IA, EBS) comprehending: order types, channel type, product identification & configurations, requiredT&Cs, license fulfillment, invoicing, and end of contractspecifications.

  • Coordinate launch plans with the Product Enablementteam.

  • Update and maintain price lists for products.

  • Establish products in APEX tables and updateas needed throughout the product life cycle.

  • Reviewing table updates for data integrity.

  • Audit pricing updates to validate appropriateauthorization

  • Troubleshooting table errors when order, fulfilment andinvoice issues arise.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English, both written & verbal

  • Associate or Bachelor’s Degree desired

  • An excellent troubleshooter that is not only skilled atbringing clarity given sometimes ambiguous inputs, but asking probingquestions and using previous experience to build skill in applying priorlearning to solving new situations

  • Ability to learn very quickly, with an interest ingrowing into a leadership role

  • Prior experience in new product enablement, tablesadministration

  • Ability to translate business acumen into actionableplans.

  • Five plus years business process experience withOriginations to Billing using systems such as APEX, EBS, IA/CAPS, XEEP,etc.

  • Understanding of Xerox Value Chain processes from orderto billing which includes Pricing, ValueQuiX, Originations, Billing,Customer Care, Distribution and Supply/Demand Planning

  • Program management to facilitate the handoff product ortactical actions to the Enablement Team.

  • Excellent written & verbal communication skillswith attention to responsiveness

  • Extreme attention to detail and organization skills,including regular follow-up checkpoints

  • Ability to acknowledge and respond to inbound inquiriesincluding use of problem solving and communication of findings

  • Demonstrates strong critical thinking, problem solvingand analytical skills

  • Effective at managing multiple priorities and usingmultiple applications & screens

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word andExcel)

  • Team & action oriented self-starter

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and be ableto project a positive attitude and flexible nature

  • Mon – Fri, 8am – 5pm CST

  • Ability to work flexible hours as required(7:00am-11:00pm CST) and US & Local Company Holidays to support peakprocessing requirement
