  • Handle a team of 25-30 validators and manage day to day activities

  • Report issues / daily productivity

  • Good people manager

  • Good Communication both written and verbal

  • Identify Areas of Improvement and take necessary action

  • Able to Plan, implement & handle project independently

  • Leave Management - should be able to manage shrinkage within acceptable limits at all times

  • Taking corrective action for low performers

  • Knowledge of MS Office for day to day use

  • Able to effectively communicate with Clients & stakeholders (Client interaction is limited but needed in certain areas))

Work Experience: Total 4 years experience and Min. 2 years in current role

Technical skills:

· MS Suite (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)

· Basic SQL

· Presentation Skills



· Graduate

• Post Graduate in Commerce, Mgt, or other related fields

· B. Com

· MBA or Diploma in People Management

· Quality Certification – TQM

Six Sigma / Lean Mgt

Other requirements:

· Backend (Non-Voice) Process Team Management

· Strong communication and influencing skills

· can Multi-Task

· Ready to work in Rotational Shifts


· Accounting Procedures

· Knowledge of data validation
