1.Back-end non-voice process (non-technical),document data validation
2.Chinese language expertise (Read, Write &Speak)
3.Candidate should be able to work within tighttimelines & maintain quality standards
4.Should be comfortable in handling large volumesof data and manage productivity numbers
5.Basic Computers knowledge including Excel &internet
6.Must have good Communication skills, a Logicalthinker & a Team player
