Description

A leading global enterprise for business process and document management solutions is seeking a successful enterprise software sales professional for the direct contributor position of Workflow Solutions Specialist. The right candidate will be a high energy, self-motivated individual with a history of achieving and exceeding sales quotas. The Workflow Solutions Specialist is responsible for driving sales of cloud and on-premise workflow automation software solutions including enterprise content management (ECM), intelligent capture, and robotic process automation (RPA).

The Workflow Solutions Specialist role will encompass, but is not limited to, the following duties:

  • Manage all revenue generation activities within the assigned territory

  • Meet or exceed annual sales quotas and regional sales goals

  • Regional Travel approximately 25% - 50%

  • Collaborate with sales team to prospect for and identify cross sales opportunities within current clients and prospects

  • Simultaneously manage 30+ opportunities on an ongoing basis

  • Grow and maintain sales pipeline equal to five (5) times assigned quota

  • Coordinate with pre-sales, marketing, support, and technical resources to generate demand and drive sales opportunities

  • Manage sales pipeline by entering all details into CRM including notes, use case, purchase time frame, & next steps

  • Provide monthly forecast submissions and participate in weekly pipeline review sessions

  • Develop annual business plan and make modifications at the end of each quarter

  • Articulate the value proposition of the each offering in the portfolio

  • Preparation of proposals and presentations as required

Requirements

  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in related field

  • Over 3 years of proven success in enterprise software and solution sales

  • Successful experience selling cloud solutions and software as a services (SaaS)

  • History of achieving and exceeding quota

  • Strong knowledge of the enterprise content management and business process management market sectors

  • Vertical solutions expertise in healthcare, financial services, higher education, retail, or manufacturing is desired

  • Ability to align solution offerings with customer’s business needs

  • Able to maintain expertise in product segment and industry applications

  • Experienced in leading a cross-functional team of presales, technical, services and partner personnel in complex enterprise software sales opportunities

  • Experience in working with internal sales teams to achieve their revenue goals

  • Experienced at calling at the C-level and developing rapport and strong relationships with those senior executives

  • Ability to understand technical concepts to engage the appropriate technical resources at the proper time

  • Capable of providing dynamic software product demonstrations

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills

  • Strong ability to effectively use various technologies for sales presentations including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Cisco WebEx

  • Ability to work independently
