WAREHOUSE MANAGER OVERVIEW :

As part of the Operations team, is responsible for leading, directing and overseeing all warehouse operations and employees involved in the activities relating to the receiving, shipping, warehousing and control of all inventory items. Additionally, is responsible for coordinating and scheduling the purchasing, setup, delivery, and install of all equipment to customers. Is responsible for adhering to well defined processes and reporting requirements in the overall performance of all warehouse and transportation operations. Ensure proper inventory levels are maintained. Work closely with Copier and Computer sales divisions, service, and operations to ensure warehouse and inventory processes are maintained and constantly improved.

SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS:

  • Adapts departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges

  • Requires in-depth knowledge and experience

  • Decisions are guided by policies, procedures and business plan; receives guidance from manager
