Oracle Developer to help with dashboarding, analytics, reporting and operational model review for post Oracle HRIS rollout and configuration capability to support ongoing solution development.
The Oracle Developer role is a key HR Technology position, supporting HR in delivering a reporting suite with deep capability focused on dashboards and analytics.

Focus on backend data base programming languages – Oracle HCM Suite
Business Intelligence Publisher (BIP)
Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI)
Help shape the landscape to create a better user experience based on the full set of tools at hand for HR managers
Understand and improve business process as it relates to HR/HR systems
Removing and reducing the backlog of open reporting tickets from recent launch
Configuration of solutions to drive a robust, steady state

Deep experience creating custom dashboards, reports, modeling, data visualization tools
Expert in backend data base programming languages - Oracle HCM Suite

Deep experience with Oracle products – Ideally within HCM,orfinance
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
