Requisitos:

■ Dominio Paquetería de Office
Experiencia mínima de 5 años en posición similar dando mantenimiento en equipos de
impresión alta producción, conocimientos en electrónica, mecánica, redes y computación.
Propósito del papel:
Proveer mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo a equipos de impresión, especializados a equipos
de alta producción y multifuncionales, manteniendo un alto nivel de desempeño del equipo, así
como excelente servicio al cliente.
Ocupaciones:
■ Practicas de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo a los equipos instalados.
■ Asesorar al cliente del buen uso de los equipos.
■ Analizar causa de las averías técnicas para respuesta eficaz.
■ Cambio de partes por daño.
■ Documentar reparación, llenado de bitácora, reportes diarios, etc.
■ Responsable de resguardo de activos (partes, herramientas, etc.)
