We 're currently looking for independent, customer-minded individuals who are excited to make a difference within our Mail Room Support role!

Key Duties:

  • Manages, distributes and/or picks-up mail following a predetermined route

  • Provides a consistent, positive customer service experience

Qualifications:

  • Must possess outstanding communication (verbal and written), interpersonal, problem solving and customer service skills

  • Strong attention to detail, strong planning and organization skills meets productivity standards, maintains a strong sense of urgency at all times

  • Quality demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness, always focused on identifying opportunities for process improvement along with a strong commitment to quality

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting with peers

  • Treats people with respect, keeps commitments, operates with strong integrity and ethics; upholds organizational values

  • Ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality requirements

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED is highly preferred

  • Must occasionally lift up and/or move up to 50 lbs.

  • Ability to stand, sit, stoop, kneel and crouch throughout the course of the workday

  • Possesses a valid driver's license

  • Must meet our customer's requirements which include meeting immunization standards as well a secondary background check
