Position Summary

  • Coordinate delivery, removal, or move of Xerox equipment with Xerox Sales, Service, and Analyst resources via telephone or email as needed to meet customer requirements. Support purchase order indexing activities daily.  

Role and Responsibilities

  • Ability to work core hours of geographic location of assignment: 2am-11am or 6am – 3pm

  • Contact customers via telephone to schedule deliveries, removals, and moves of Xerox equipment

  • Receive incoming calls from customers related to the delivery, removal, and move of Xerox equipment

  • Interface via telephone with Carriers and Riggers to ensure delivery, removal, and move activities are completed

  • Maintain a positive relationship with Xerox Customers, Carriers and Rigger partners

  • Understand and execute unique requirements for logistics of assigned geographic locations

  • Maintain equipment inventory level and aging parameters per Xerox logistic requirements

  • Pre-order equipment using Xerox internal shipping systems to fulfill Sales outlooks

  • Coordinate delivery, removal, and move activities with Originations CBR and Billing cancel team through financial install

or cancel

  • Provide pricing quotes for customer requested equipment moves of Xerox equipment

  • Submit equipment move billing documentation weekly to Customer Care COE

  • Support the Purchase Order Indexing activities daily

  • Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues

  • Identifies problems, analyzes trends and implements corrective and preventive actions

  • Works with other support teams, COE partners, QA and Sales

  • Develops and maintains partnerships with customers to increase business and customer satisfaction

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (BS/BA) or equivalent

• 1 year College level acceptable

Work Experience

• At least 1 year experience in Purchase Order Processing

• Sales and Customer Support Background is a plus
