Position: Sales Executive, Major Accounts

Location: Saint John, NB

The Sales Executive (SE) will provide account management, client relationship management, sales expertise and sales support for an Enterprise Major Account. The SE will be expected to work in partnership with the field sales teams to ensure the successful implementation of the strategy and direction for this account. The SE will market, close and support sales cycles for all solutions, hardware and services where appropriate, This will involve initiating and maintaining telephone sales oriented activities with both new and existing clients. This position will focus on both short term sales activity within an account, as well as developing and implementing a longer-term strategy to ensure Xerox will retain the account and also continue to provide customer value and obtain future business.

Major Responsibilities

Achieve sales revenue, gross profit, and activity targets

Provide monthly outlooks and account related reporting to Sale Manager and Account Teams

100% Accuracy of CRM (update all sales related activity real time)

Provide existing account coverage and development of new revenue generating opportunities including Services

Meet Xerox Customer Satisfaction goals by effectively engaging the right internal resources to rectify customer issues in a timely manner

Understand and aggressively pursue the customer requirements and operations. Become a part of the customer team, fostering a greater partnership in delivering solutions to their business issues

Consistently update the customer on new developments and solutions from Xerox that provide value to their organizations

Aggressively pursue learning to ensure that sales and support efforts provide value to the customer and Xerox

Implementation and ownership of site assessment/optimization strategy globally

Strategic thinking, planning and execution of document management solutions within an account
