Xerox Sales Executive I, Inside Client Representative in New Brunswick, Canada

Position Located in Saint John, NB

Position Objectives

The focus of the Inside Client Representative is to drive business in current and new logo locations, maintain relationships and increase integration within aligned accounts. The ICR will identify, develop, close and support sales cycles for all solutions. The incumbent will also work with and contribute to a broader core account team made up of internal as well as core client members.

Major Responsibilities

  • Achieve revenue sales and key performance targets

  • Provide monthly outlooks and account related reporting to Sales Manager

  • Participate in regularly scheduled (monthly) account status reviews with field account team

  • 100% Accuracy of Salesforce Database (update all sales related activity / contact management real time)

  • Provide existing account coverage and development of new revenue generating opportunities

  • Meet Xerox Customer Satisfaction goals by effectively engaging the right internal resources to rectify customer issues in a timely manner.

  • Understand and aggressively pursue the customer requirements and operations. Become a part of the customer team, fostering a greater partnership in delivering solutions to their business issues.

  • Consistently update the customer on new developments and solutions from Xerox that provide value to their organizations.

  • Aggressively pursue learning to ensure that sales and support efforts provide value to the customer and Xerox.

  • Selling Skills (Prospecting, Qualifying, Presentation, Negotiating, Closing)

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Post-secondary education (or equivalent experience).

  • Strong communication and customer relations skills.

  • Demonstrate sales aptitude; assertive, persistent, good listener, self-motivated, resilient.

  • Strong mathematical ability.

  • Well organized. Effective time and activity management skills.

  • Mature and self-confident with the ability to work well under pressure.

  • Keyboard skills 30 – 40 wpm.

  • Strong systems literacy knowledge – MS Outlook, Excel, Power Point, Word and WebEx.

  • Understanding and navigation of Xerox Systems.

  • Ability to effectively prioritize work, and enhance existing process and create new ones as needed.
