Xerox Sales Executive I, Inside Partner Manager in New Brunswick, Canada

Position located in Saint John, NB Canada

Position Concept :

The incumbent is responsible for delivering the inside sales plan while providing pre and post-sale support to Field Sales Executives. Incumbent coaches, delivers product training and sales support to the field sales force virtually. As well, the assignment requires joint virtual sales calls and custom virtual demonstrations to assigned customer base on an ongoing basis for product / industry assigned.

This is an individual contributor role. Individual works collaboratively with field sales personnel as well as existing and potential customers.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Supports field sales personnel on opportunities with a defined geography and product segment through telephone and web enabled tools

  • Responsible to Establish the Sales Mgt Plan with supported teams: prospect/lead management and reviews, outlook process and more

  • Partners with field sales to offer a high level of technical competence in product / program or industry segment. Provides guidance and support for sales strategy / plan, reviews, forecasting, RFP generation, proposals, presentations and order agreements

  • Responsible for solutions design (translating customer requirements) and implementation support as required

  • Provides subject matter expertise on assigned products and/or programs within an assigned territory

  • Communicates Xerox value proposition & client benefits, clearly articulating brand advantages in competitive landscape to enable Xerox's position as the preferred vendor

  • Work with appropriate support teams as required through the sales cycles. May facilitate & support financing and / or order processing

  • Performs outbound calling to potential new partners

  • Achieves customer satisfaction targets for key products

  • This is a quota bearing assignment

Our Ideal Candidate Will Possess the Following:

  • Candidate Education: University Degree preferred

  • Demonstrated successful sales experience (at or above plan) solving customer business problems by architecting and implementing hardware, software and services based solutions

  • Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset

  • Ability to think creatively when developing solutions

  • Demonstrated ability to grasp technical product knowledge

  • Demonstrated ability to call on customers at the executive level

  • Demonstrated ability at consultative selling

  • Microsoft Office Suite knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Visio is an asset.

  • Excellent presentation and influencing skills.

  • Proven effective interpersonal skills with demonstrated business maturity

  • Must be able to work dedicated shifts as needed by territory. Coverage may be required nationally across all time zones
