Purpose:

As a team member, responsible for supporting a Large HealthCare organization with both IT infrastructure optimization and fulfilling purchase request for IT print/scan hardware. Will help to meet individual/team quotas and company business objectives. A portion of incumbent earnings paid on quota via an incentive/commission scheme.

Scope:

Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services

Acts as a resource for colleagues and customer end users

Decisions guided by policies, procedures and business plan

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and make recommendations for products needed to achieve end user requirements.

  • Communicate with customers both in person and electronically to discuss and evaluate requirements for requested solutions.

  • Ability to inventory existing environments of technology with extremely high attention to detail.

  • Willing to learn technology and support team members with equipment installs.

  • Achieve timely response to customer requests.

  • Must be skilled in the area spreadsheet analysis.

  • Maintain and further develop existing customer relationships, through regular contact and communication

  • Manage the entire sales cycle. Leverage executive level sponsorship in the client’s organization to bring new insight (teaching) to the client about Xerox solutions and services that address their business challenges. This insight is critical to effectively sell services and needs to be the result of industry and client-specific ongoing research.
