Purpose:

Lead Xerox global brand marketing campaigns to drive brand reappraisal and define the overall Xerox brand expression across corporate masterbrand and subsidiaries, co-marketing and licensing to drive brand consistency, compliance and relevance.

Scope:

  • Co-developing creative strategy for Xerox brand with VP, Global Brand & Strategy

  • Mulit-channel campaign development, including executive briefings and alignment, creative agency briefings and production oversight

  • Digital-first media strategy, planning and ongoing media plan management for all brand paid media (display, programmatic, search, social, native, audio, OOH) with global media agency

  • Measurement strategy and reporting across both campaigns and long-term brand relevance metrics

  • Hands-on budget management and creative/media agency oversight

  • Integrate brand martech/marketing automation systems (internal and agency) to connect data across customer journeys

  • Brand positioning, architecture and nomenclature strategy for existing products and new offerings and acquisitions

  • Oversight of visual identity, tone of voice, brand guideline and toolkit development to enable Xerox employees and partners to confidently express our brand

  • Oversight of brand compliance issues in partnership with legal, including global trademark protection

Requirements:

Strategic Skills

  • Critical thinker with experience driving corporate brand strategy transformation

  • Skilled in developing, managing and executing integrated multi-media campaigns across multiple countries

  • Plugged into consumer research and market trends; Identifying insights, challenges and opportunities

  • Brings their own deep network of advertising partners, consultants, strategists and prospective partners

Technical Skills

  • Deep experience with digital creative development and media channels (display, retargeting, programmatic, paid search, mobile, tablet, email marketing, native advertising), managing deployment, measuring results and guiding optimizations.

  • Comprehensive experience with digital media and paid search optimizations that marry front-end and back-end reporting tools and data

  • Strong working knowledge of paid search strategies and best practices. Working knowledge of the Google AdWords platform and bid management technologies

  • Extensive experience with ad serving tools (DoubleClick, MediaMind, etc.), analytics tools (Google, SiteCatalyst, etc.) and programmatic buying strategies and tactics

  • Fluent in metrics and analytics with the ability to develop measurement plans, reporting templates and data visualizations, as well as attribution analysis.

Management Skills

  • Demonstrated ability managing large, global multi-agency relationships, and continually work to evolve the most efficient use of the agency network

  • Entrepreneurial leader who proactively seeks out and pitches new opportunities

  • Previous experience managing people

  • Skilled at building strong internal networks and securing buy-in on strategic projects

  • Work effectively within the matrix structure of the Xerox global marketing organization

  • Confident under pressure: setting clear goals, managing stakeholder expectations, delivering results fast
