Xerox Offering Success Manager in New York, New York

Purpose:

Responsible for the market direction for workplace products (A4, A4, Connectkey) and services from product launch to end of life. Designs, develops and implements offering success strategies, including price, place and/or promotion, of the brand/product for customers and partners. Responsible for launching and positioning of brand/product/services in a market sector via specific marketing strategies and media. Works closely with sales and technical teams to identify field demand strategies and programs.

General:

  • Develops departmental plans, including business, production and/or organizational priorities

  • Interprets internal or external business issues and recommends solutions/best practices

  • Decisions are guided by resource availability and functional objectives

  • Ability to travel within the North America for customer presentations and trade shows as a facilitator.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Executes/activates Global Offering Strategies at local level. Performs Offering performance gap analysis (Activity, Revenue & Profit) with corrective demand Action Plans.

  • Accountable for business results for the Offerings managed in the Sales organizations supported. Ensure all Sales resources have appropriate competency with Offerings.

  • Work closely with product business teams to define incremental demand generation programs

Candidate Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelors’ degree

  • Effective communicator with Sales and Customers

  • Strong and effective presentation skills

  • Effective time management and project prioritization skills

  • Problem solving abilities to properly diagnose performance gaps andissues and develop appropriate corrective actions to support closing the gap.

  • Relevant field Sales and marketing experience preferred.

  • Successful track record.
