Job Summary :

The Print and Mail Support Associate role will be required to cover different customer accounts for vacations and sick time, and additionally may be required to cover extended periods at accounts due to special projects or unforeseen circumstances/absences. Candidate may be required to travel for multiple overnights as well to cover production center work as well as mail center duties such as mail sorting/delivering mail.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Ability to travel every day via vehicle.

  • Provide excellent customer service skills.

  • Possesses skills and competencies to deliver intermediate contracted customer requirements.

  • Tasks and activities that are defined and routine.

  • Point of contact to receive, review and electronically log customer jobs.

  • Operate office/production equipment (print, mail functions).

  • Operate standard finishing equipment (e.g. paper cutters, inserters, laminating, and hole punchers).

  • Operate high volume folding and inserting mail equipment.

  • Apply asset tags to office equipment and update database.

  • Clean and maintain office equipment when necessary.

  • Delivery of customer mail within office or remote locations.

  • Distribute supplies as required.

  • Problem solve issues to complete production, delivery, and output requirements.

  • Perform quality inspection before, during and after output of each production run.

  • Perform operator maintenance on equipment.

  • Maintain reporting logs and information for billing.

Job Requirements :

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • Ability to travel frequently.

  • Ability to walk large mail routes in outside weather as needed.

  • Ability to work in a team environment well with others.

  • Be very dependable.

  • Ability to learn multiple accounts and multiple tasks at accounts and continue daily operations when main operator(s) are out of the office.

  • Basic technical troubleshooting skills.

  • Eager to learn technologies surrounding Print Production.

  • Able to use PC, perform and demonstrate intermediate use of, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, TEAMS.

  • Minimum of one (1) year experience in a Customer Service role.

  • Ability to sort/deliver mail.

  • Ability to lift to 100 pounds.

  • Other duties as needed by customer requirements.
