We are looking for Sales Operations Manager for CareAR Holidngs, a software group, who will oversee and manage the group sales operation activities. This role will be expected to actively work in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a broad range of skills and the ability to step into different roles depending on the activity. The primary responsibility is to oversee the end-to-end process of sales processes for both channel and direct sales.
This role will report into the SVP Operations
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of sales operations management in a technical/software environment. This role is suited to someone comfortable navigating within a matrix environment who has outstanding organizational, process, communication and problem-solving skills who shows passion, initiative, and energy in the way they work.
Key traits are good connection with people, understand processes, support deals to closure, and work in an environment without losing sight of the details and guidelines. Strong systems and system implementation in the Admin role.
Below are skills set needed :
· Work with World-wide Sales leadership and Sales teams for all Sales Operations-related activities
· Comfortable operating independently, detail oriented, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Understand the lead-to-customer lifecycle from both a Sales and Operational perspective
Sale operations process optimization, automation documentation experience
Strong CRM system and reporting skills
· Work cross-functionally across the organization with individual Sales Reps, NS Enhancements, Various Channel Managers, Support, Product Management, Finance and Senior Executives
· Interface with Development, Marketing, Finance, Product Management, various channel managers, etc)
Own the sales compliance and processes for channel and direct sales
Understand the bigger picture of the business and translate to system and process requirements to ensure objectives are met
Must have good communication skills
Maintain dashboard and KPIs used for reporting ensuring they are up to date with product and resource changes working with NS Administrator.
Understand Product and Part Number Matrix and how it ties to system integration
Experience using multiple technologies (channels systems, invoicing systems, billing systems, Mainframe system, NS reporting)
Work closely with vendors to define processes and manage any vendor issues.
Program management skills
Manage sales compensation and work with finance
CRM experience (SFDC and NetSuite a plus)
Key Activities managed and/or contributed:
Respond to e-mails and inquires for Product Sales Operations DL
Respond to end use/ tech support around install license validity inquiries or refresh
Maintain dashboard and KPIs used for reporting ensuring they are up to date with product and resource changes working with CRM/Sales System Administrator.
EnsureNetSuite CRM data is collected accurately by reviewing all information entered by Sales prior to approving orders
Data accuracy controls and oversight
Review/Process/Approve orders processed dependent on channel and product
Oversee broader team within Sales Operation arena
Initiate Pro Serve Jobs and process appropriately
Interface and manage 3 rd party sales process enablement
Interact directly with sales reps to ensure all proper documentation and contract execution in place for sales
System Pipeline and Booking reporting
Periodic reporting oversight and validation
Commission calculation and reporting and interface to Payroll
Commission statement generations
Manage decommissioning triggers for SaaS Offerings
Support annual quota calculation, letters, and communication
