Job Purpose :
Manage achievement of Xerox Finance revenue, Leasing penetration and Yield targets by effective engagement and Business support of external Channel Partners and Customers.
To ensure that all business is profitable and written in accordance with XFS Country and Xerox Finance policies and Governance processes
Engagement and negotiation of Xerox Finance contracts with our Channel Partners ie DTPs, CGRs and CCSSs within the Non GDO Indirect GTM Organisation
Engagement and negotiation of Xerox Finance contracts with the GDO/Non GDO Direct Organisation when applicable depending on specific Job role description and Coverage plan.
Achieve targets through coverage of specified accounts.
Provide regular and accurate forecasts of business including specifics on "large deals"Identify and develop business relationships with key influencers and decision makers
Implement management processes for non- standard leasing business that ensures adherence to internal code of conduct and FLA guidelines, and which drives business that is profitable
Develop a business plan which enables a balanced level of new business profit to maximise achievement of both XFS and Country target objectives
Involvement within "Large Deals" at a customer level
Coordinate and analyse market feedback requirements.
Effective coaching to all internal and external staff in aspects of Finance function and leasing specifics ie. Ilease Deal Submission Tool.
Support and present formal leasing training materia.
Ensure database and contact details are maintained
Comply with the Activity reporting process within XFS CRM Tool
You will have business-to-business experience gained within a Sales and / or Leasing environment preferably within a Blue Chip organisation
Must have excellent interpersonal skills, be highly numerate, IT literate
You will need to be self-motivated and self reliant with strong Commercial, Customer and Business focus
Ability to develop internal relationships, e.g. Credit, GTM Sales Organisation/Sales Teams, OTC etc
Ensure database and contact details are maintained and updated
Skills & Abilities:
Flair for Customer interface on a business to business basis
Problem solver, with bias for action to meet customer requirements
Excellent telephone skills with clarity of verb al communication and confidence
Excellent listening skills
Effective written business communication skills
Evidence of planning and organising and preference for working within a disciplined structured environment
