Carolina Office Systems Inc., A Xerox Company is seeking reliable, capable Delivery Drivers!

Overview:

Delivery Drivers process all equipment requests for shipment, installation, pickup, and return. Driving a company owned box truck with a lift gate, our Delivery Drivers deliver office equipment and set-up equipment at our customers' locations. Delivery Drivers coordinate with our Sales Team on any missing items and expedite shipments and coordinate installations with our Service Team and Help Desk. As well as ensures all documentation is maintained and properly entered into company systems for inventory tracking, billing, and accounting purposes. Our Delivery Drivers work in a team format and will share Driver and Driver's helper duties.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1-2 years of previous delivery experience is highly preferred

  • Experience driving a 14 foot box truck is preferred

  • Superb customer service skills and in a fast-paced, high volume environment

  • Completes work with a limited degree of supervision

  • Strong communication skills are essential to work as part of a team

  • Able to regularly lift and maneuver 50 lbs.

  • Experience, interest and desire to learn technology, hardware and software

  • Mechanical aptitude, education and/or experience is highly preferred

  • Electronics aptitude, education and/or experience is highly preferred

  • Computer networking skills are a plus

  • Available to work Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM until 4:00 PM with occasional overtime
