The Audience Development Manager will be responsible for developing an ambitious audience growth strategy for and a variety of related digital properties. This person will be tasked with positioning Xerox as a dynamic player in the market in terms of engagement with customers, potential customers, and the wider marketplace. This role is critical in using data and insights to develop and deploy high-impact digital features across appropriate properties. The ideal candidate sees audience development strategy specifically through a digital product lens, has experience managing audience development initiatives for a forward-looking organization, closely tracks developments in the rapidly changing digital landscape, and is comfortable operating in a complex, matrixed, large organization.


  • Partner with brand and digital stakeholders/leaders to develop and execute data-driven audience growth strategies and tactical plans that are consistent with Xerox’s business strategy and mission to continue to invent and reinvent the global workplace experience.

  • Develop and report on OKRs/Objectives and Key Results for the site and related properties.

  • Identify and capitalize on latent audience growth opportunities based on evolving digital best practices, competitive business intelligence, and market research insights.

  • Liaise with corporate data team and partner on key projects that leverage digital touchpoints to drive sales leads, e-commerce revenue, and other key business objectives.

  • Conceptualize, manage and socialize an overall audience testing strategy for funnel optimization, a highly-targeted content strategy (segmentation and distribution), and UX/UI product interaction design optimization.

  • Compile and analyze key audience data to inform, shape and develop product strategy, content strategy, and e-commerce initiatives, looking for ways to increase revenue and capture greater sales leads.

  • Liaise with social media, SEO, and email stakeholders to expand audience and increase engagement.

  • Benchmark Xerox’s offerings against competitors as well as unrelated but innovative digital marketers to gather learnings and inform experiments.
