The Role:

The investor relations team is seeking an experienced professional to support the VP of Investor Relations in the execution of Xerox’s Investor Relations strategy. This candidate will actively take part in helping craft and manage Xerox’s investment narrative, through regular interaction with members of senior management, as well as Wall Street analysts and investors.

The Director will report to the VP & Head of Investor Relations.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the VP of Investor Relations in the development and execution of Xerox’s Investor Relations strategy

  • Assist in the preparation of press releases, presentations, executive communications, social media, etc.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with equity research analysts and investors by, among other things, consistently and clearly educating these constituencies and communicating financial and operational updates

  • Collect, analyze, and communicate data pertaining to equity market and competitor activity, including stock ownership, investor perceptions and analyst opinions, and competitor strategies and performance

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Xerox’s businesses and market opportunities

  • Help oversee the quarterly earnings announcement process, including preparation of scripts, presentations, and model Q&A, as well as the coordination of conference calls

  • Coordinate Xerox’s appearance at key investor conferences, driving the organization and creation of presentations and related one-on-one meetings.

  • Prepare agenda and manage logistics for bespoke investor events

  • Maintain the company’s investor relations website and record of investor relations meetings and events

  • Help in the cross-departmental coordination of efforts to prepare regulatory filings, annual shareholder reports, and annual meeting materials

Candidate Profile:

  • 7 – 10 years relevant experience. Prior experience as a sell side or buy side analyst preferred. Will also strongly consider those with a demonstrated history of success in corporate finance roles, including Investor Relations or FP&A.

  • Strong working knowledge of, and experience with, the public equity markets.

  • Ability to synthesize complex data sets and present ideas and analysis on key strategic and financial issues, across a range of industries and business models.

  • Demonstrated quantitative ability, knowledge of financial modelling, and superior analytical skills coupled with a strong track record of high achievement and growth in responsibility

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, in both verbal and written forms, with strong interpersonal skills to develop and maintain both internal and external relationships

  • Strong time and work management abilities, with ability to prioritize initiatives appropriately and execute them to completion independently

  • MBA, CFA designation, or CPA a plus
