Xerox Director, Organization Development & Change Management in NORWALK, Connecticut

Responsibilities:

  • Leading design and executionof organizational development (OD) and engagement strategy and projects includingorganization design, team effectiveness, culture, surveys, engagement, changemanagement and M&A

  • Consulting with seniorleaders across all business areas to understand needs, diagnose issues, anddefine pragmatic solutions.

  • Working with HR and otherfunctional partners to deploy enterprise OD programs and execute changeinitiatives.

  • Managing complex projectsfrom initiation to completion, to achieve contracted outcomes.

  • Facilitating meetings, focusgroups, and other working sessions to help solve difficult problems and align disparateviewpoints.

  • Driving innovation andthought leadership across all OD areas by remaining current on best practices.

Key Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Deep subject matter expertise across all core disciplines of organizational effectiveness.

  • Expert consulting skills—e.g., asking questions, contributing ideas, challenging and promoting thinking, clarifying critical issues.

  • Able to independently produce sound and insightful analyses, presentations, and reports, as well as lead production teams.

  • Strong proficiency with MS Excel and PowerPoint, and familiarity GEMS - able to both create and interpret sophisticated analyses.

  • Impeccable writing skills—clear, concise, compelling.

  • Excellent verbal and presentation skills, with ability to influence key stakeholders.

  • Able to effectively develop and manage project plans, budgets, and vendor relationships.

  • Demonstrates high attention to detail and work product visual presentation; exceptional collegiality; high personal accountability for results.

  • Able to successfully navigate complexity, ambiguity, and pressure to get things done in a dynamic, “start-up” type culture.

Core Qualifications:

  • 10 years’ experience in consulting or corporate roles focused on talent management, leadership development, and organizational development.

  • Advanced degree in industrial/organizational psychology or MBA.
