About the Role:
Talent Acquisition at Xerox is undergoing a global transformation that will help us to engage, hire and retain exceptional people. The Executive Recruiter role is a proven talent advisor for the senior leaders of the organization. This professional will be delivering the recruitment process for senior level leadership openings globally, within Xerox. This position is key to delivering the high level talent that is required to transform a global organization.
Full cycle recruitment for confidential/ senior level openings.
Responsible for creating job descriptions and leveling newly created roles.
True talent adviser to the business.
Create and deliver presentations of sourced and screened candidates to senior level leaders.
In-depth knowledge of the markets.
Experienced in market mapping and long list creation.
Experienced interviewer and able to build hiring manager briefing documents
Ability to source and screen qualified candidates in a timely manner.
Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services.
Minimum 10 years of experience working in an executive level recruiter capacity.
In-house and Search firm experience
Excellent listening, probing, communication and customer relations skills.
Ability to create and present on recruiting updates with C-Level leadership.
Effective communications skills, strong business acumen and financial skills.
Able to maintain confidentiality in all assignments and tasks
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Demonstrates a proactive approach to work with initiative and drive.
Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, and perform multiple tasks to complete job functions in an orderly and efficient manner within stringent deadlines.
Able to demonstrate effective and successful contributions to team and/or cross-functional team objectives
Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees.
Experienced in diversity hiring
Methodical in their work
Analytical and experienced in building power point presentations and building and presenting data metrics
Has transformed and built best practice for executive hiring – established a centre of excellence (COE)
