Responsible for creation of partner programs to increase profitable of revenue of existing partners and transact with more net new partners. and partner loyalty (repeat & new buyers)

Consolidate tracking & maximizing rebate & MDF/Co-op and other marketing budgets

Align with offering team to build programs and incentives that drive most strategic offerings

Expand partner skills and capabilities through learning & education; track results of learning and ROI

Create & maintain program and incentive policies and processes and insure systems create positive, competitive partner experience

Communicate and promote partner programs to drive internal and external awareness

Continual research of competitive and industry partner program/education best practices is critical
