Xerox Head of Sales Talent Acquisition, Americas in Norwalk, Connecticut

The Head of Sales Talent Acquisition will develop, lead and execute recruiting strategies across the Americas to drive the hiring of top talent for our Sales Organization. This Leader is a dynamic and influential manager with energy, a creative mindset, and strategic thinking ability that will successfully lead this recruiting function. This is a complex role comprised of recruitment management, process reengineering and resource management. This role is based in Norwalk, CT and reports to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition.

Accountabilities of the Role:

  • Partner with HR leaders and the business to design,develop and improve the current recruitment process (including recruitment measurementdefinitions, regular measurement reporting, taking proper actions to closegaps).

  • Responsible for development and administration ofrecruiting programs for Sales organization.

  • Define and implement regular cadence for communicationwith business leaders

  • Responsible for developing and managing recruitingstrategies for multiple clients and ensuring the effective use and applicationof departmental staff and resources.

  • Prepare and maintain management control(financial/business planning and scheduling) for all client recruiting needs.

  • Develop departmental plans, including business,production and/or organizational priorities.

  • Interpret internal or external business issues andrecommends solutions/best practices.

  • Explore market best practices in the recruitment andstaffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organization.

  • Build a quality relationship with the internal customersand external recruitment partners.

  • Monitor and constantly improve quality of the recruitmentprocess and team.

  • Manage and develop a strong team of TA professionals.

Required Experience:

  • Minimum of 10 years managing a regional TA function and proven ability to build, motivate and supervise a team.

  • Has supported a sales organization and understands the associated complexities.

  • Executive level stakeholder management is critical.

  • Has ideally worked within an agency environment as well as corporate.

  • Significant experience managing a geographically dispersed team of 15 is required and experience beyond is a plus.

  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; proven ability to manage priorities and workflow.

  • Excellent listening, probing, communication and customer relations skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree required.

  • Ability to travel 30% of time as needed.
