Xerox Manager II, Financial Planning & Analysis in Norwalk, Connecticut

Job Role Summary

Responsible for financial analysis of business activity and development of business plans, outlooks and assessments. Includes analysis of projected investments.

Partner with Software development teams to support revenue growth initiatives and offerings.

Provide dynamic, consolidated reporting to support GTMs and Software leaders.

Engage with Software leaders to ensure internal control targets are attained.


Directs and/or manages the organization’s budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis and reporting functions.


Adapts and executes functional or departmental business plans and contributes to the development of organizational strategies

Anticipates internal and/or external business challenges/ regulatory issues

Decisions are guided by functional strategies and priorities

May include international accountability; and may include some global accountability

Main Responsibilities

Reviews and approves recommendations for financial planning and control, and presents relevant information to management.

Monitors division, department or business unit’s adherence to approved budgets.

Develops, modifies and implements financial systems, financial operational specifications and controls, and policies and procedures.

Deliver accurate and insightful business analysis of standard reports or specific programs/activities as required and to support business reviews.

Ensures reports and disclosures comply with applicable governmental regulations, professional standards and organizational policies.

All other duties and special projects as assigned.

Education Level

Bachelor's Degree

Preferred Master's Degree In finance discipline

Candidate Background

Proven ability to work under pressure handling multiple tasks to ensure timely completion of all activities

Evidence of strong Excel and financial modeling skills

Experience with software revenue recognition models

Able to champion new ideas, manage change, and execute on action plans

Ability to manage, motivate and inspire people to embrace change

Versatility, flexibility, enthusiasm, and a willingness to work within constantly-changing priorities

Proven ability to determine, own and follow through coherent strategies
