Description :

Xerox is seeking a financial analyst to assist in the evaluation, structuring, due diligence and negotiation of potential mergers, acquisitions, strategic partnerships, investments, and divestitures.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead activities to support the identification of new sources of growth including prospective acquisitions, partnerships and organic investments.

  • Develop financial models for company valuation including comparable company and transaction evaluations, discounted cash flows and LBO

  • Conduct detailed due diligence and assist in negotiating key transaction documentation

  • Work with leadership team on a project-by-project basis as needed including analysis of industry trends, new market expansion opportunities and relative performance

  • Complete in-depth assessments of core and adjacent markets, including industry trends value drivers, competitive positioning, and help develop actionable strategies for Xerox to successfully participate in these markets.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 1 year of work experience in investment banking or similar industry

  • Strong Excel modeling capabilities

  • Familiarity with various transaction structures / modeling (accretion / dilution, LBO) as well as competitive analysis (comparable companies and acquisitions)

  • Firm understanding of valuation concepts companies

  • Must be detail oriented, self-motivated, and able to prioritize

  • Understanding of M&A diligence processes

  • This is a pre-MBA position
