The HR Program and Process Manager position is a dynamic role where you will be involved in key projects and initiatives working closely with Human Resources and Business Leaders, giving you the opportunity to gain insight into the business and help transform and reposition Xerox as a technology powerhouse. The role requires a well-organized, high energy, data savvy professional with a high level of business acumen and a can do attitude. The role is based at Xerox global corporate headquarters in Norwalk, CT.

Job Role Summary:

  • Responsible for human resource program and project implementation for business to which role is aligned.

  • Partner with HR Operations to facilitate delivery of programs.

  • Supports HR Business Partners within the assigned function, geography.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Uses best practices and knowledge of internal an external business issues to deliver programs that facilitate the execution of business priorities

  • Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience

  • Requires in-depth knowledge and experience

  • Decisions guided by policies, procedures and business plan

  • May have domestic and/or global accountability

  • Help deliver a workforce that can execute on the business strategy

  • Interpret and analyze data, draw insights and translate to drive business outcomes.

  • Partner with key functions across the business to remove barriers that impact productivity.

  • Coordinate and assist with the planning and execution of HR Programs such as succession planning, talent management, compensation, workforce planning and reward and recognition

  • Support in the execution of change measurement and management activities

  • Coordination between HR Operations, HR Insights and COE’s to process promotions, organizational changes, transfers, relocations and assignments and HR data and dashboards

  • Interface as required to support HRBPs and HR Operations with L3 and L4 leaders to roll-out HR programs and projects

  • Support the annual strategic planning process for the organization they support

  • Provide project management for large, cross-functional HR projects

  • Oversee key operational activities such as managing agenda creation and follow-up actions for team supported

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities

  • Demonstrated project management skills highly preferred.

  • Proven track record of completing projects to specifications while dealing with challenges such as changing schedules and constantly evolving requirements.

  • Excellent professional development skills such as oral and written communications, teamwork and collaboration, work planning, and estimating.

  • Highly organized, self-motivated, customer oriented and able to work independently as well as within a team and with internal business partners.

  • Possesses exceptional strategic thinking, planning and relationship skills.

  • Solid change management, negotiation and facilitation skills

  • Possesses computer skills with ability to learn loan origination system and automated underwriting systems.

  • Excellent data analytics skills; proficient with Excel.

Education:

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree (HR, MBA) preferred
