The Corporate Strategy and M&A Group is responsible for Corporate Strategy, Business Development, Channels M&A, and Corporate M&A. The Strategy Analyst is responsible for supporting the Strategy Director and CSO in development of corporate strategy.
The role holder will be responsible for helping to generate the strategies that will drive revenue growth for XRX. The successful candidate will think strategically and manage methodically. She/he partners across Xerox to ensure the integration or divestiture of certain businesses or products.
Working alongside heads of Strategy and business leaders, the Analyst conducts detailed research and industry analysis to help define where we will play and how we will win.
Responsibilities of this Position Include:
Maintain relationships with Business Unit leads and leadership to help consider strategic initiatives
Conduct industry research on and develop robust understanding of key growth markets including IT services and digital offerings
Evaluate for M&A and / or competitive positioning companies that lead in digital offerings
Assist with the development of strategic direction
Required: Bachelor's Degree
2+ years in corporate development or similar role requiring strategic and financial thinking
Direct experience in managing full life-cycle projects, or subsections of large/complex project.
Proven track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a willingness to roll up one’s sleeves and get the job done.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.
Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss business concepts in digital, innovation, M&A, and transformation while managing trade-offs.
Business writing ability and experience, including executive presentation.
Proven track record of managing to deadlines and objectives.
Advanced proficiency in, MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint.
