Xerox is seeking a strategy and transformation analyst to assist in the evaluation, analysis, planning, and value assurance of strategy and transformation goals at Xerox Financial Services.


  • Lead activities to support the identification of new sources of simplicity including partnerships, process and technology efficiencies, and customer initiatives.

  • Develop financial models for product development including comparable company and transaction evaluations, and growth targets.

  • Conduct detailed due diligence and assist in negotiating key planning activities

  • Work with leadership team on a project-by-project basis as needed including analysis of industry trends, new market expansion opportunities and relative performance

  • Complete in-depth assessments of core and adjacent markets, including industry trends value drivers, competitive positioning, and help develop actionable strategies for Xerox Financial Services to successfully participate in these markets.


  • Minimum of 1 year of work experience in investment banking or consulting industry

  • Strong Excel modeling capabilities

  • Familiarity with various improvement strategies as well as competitive analysis (comparable financial and leasing companies)

  • Firm understanding of customer care, sales, leasing platforms, gains, and sales profitability

  • Must be detail oriented, self-motivated, and able to prioritize

  • Understanding of financial and banking process
