We are radically changing the way we engage our customers, partners, employees and wider society, and to do this we need a new VP, Global Digital Marketing. This is a pivotal role and that requires a digital native with the vision and strategic abilities to help us reinvent our iconic brand.

Accountabilities of the role:

This role will be accountable to develop and implement a cohesive digital strategy across these five 4 key pillars in the digital marketing area;

  • Content

  • Web & Ecommerce

  • Social Media

  • Demand generation

The Candidate:

The successful candidate will bring expertise in the above areas, with an emphasis in Ecommerce and Social Media and a focus on tracking ROI. A digital native who has developed and executed an enterprise wide digital strategy and successfully transformed a brand. A forward thinker, who can lead a team of dedicated professionals, and is an outstanding stakeholder manager.

R esponsibilities:

  • Directly and indirectly impact revenue via demand generation support, ecommerce, offering research and sales channel lead delivery

  • Creates digital go-to-market strategies and manages activation

  • Includes ecommerce, lead generation, digital content, social marketing leadership, web technology, digital UX and creative, SEO, and digital brand standards

  • Interfaces with top marketing and executive leadership as member of Senior Global Marketing Team

  • Provides analytics/insights-driven development of Xerox’s digital presence to best meet self-directed primary

  • prospects’ needs

  • Delivers Xerox.com and owned social platforms’ prospect/customer web experience, with a focus on revenue impact and brand value delivery

  • Drives strategy and oversees Xerox’s e-commerce platforms for SMB to Enterprise customers.

  • Manages Xerox’s presence on major social media platforms to build credibility and prospect/customer engagement with Xerox; leads community of social marketing leads across Xerox

  • Delivers editorially-driven content marketing platforms to bring brand and capability narrative to life & build Xerox

  • Credible thought leader across strategic business segments

  • Manages internal client relationships across Xerox groups to ensure financial return is delivered to business channels

  • Provides governance of all aspects of digital marketing – (domains, social media policy, branding) to reduce risk to brand and reputation

  • Manages broad range of marketing and technical talent, including agencies, to deliver shared-service digital marketing capability

  • Develops and drives consistent implementation of Xerox Marketing technology strategy, including integration

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years professional experience in digital marketing

  • Successfully lead the strategy and operations across the 4 key pillars

  • Proven expertise in Digital / Ecommerce/Social Marketing

  • Proven leader who can contribute creatively, understand technically and work cross functionally to problem-solve & invent

  • Experience running P&L of ecommerce site/app

  • Deep understand of social platforms, and leveraging them to grow awareness and revenue

  • Experience working with partner sites like Amazon, Walmart

  • Understand Marketing Technology stacks and how to best leverage for optimization and growth

  • Experience in Content-focused digital customer-engagement marketing

  • Thorough knowledge of applying marketing analytics to produce business/revenue growth

  • Creative acumen via experience in visual and verbal communication systems

  • Experience managing multiple external agencies/partners to common results

  • Proactively anticipates emergent technologies and coaches others on alternative media solutions
